I was speaking at the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust recently to a group of students. They were all studying architecture or have recently qualified so wanted to brush up on their First Impressions, for interviews, when networking and when presenting.
It was a great few hours and amongst many things, we discussed how to handle questions at the end of a presentation. Handling questions is a topic that comes up quite often for all types of communication and there is really only one solution!
